Learning, Connecting, and Showing Up: Our Day at the Surgidontics Symposium
2:16

Mitch and Julian from our Partners Dental Solutions team traveled to Plano, TX, for the Surgidontics Symposium. It was a full day of learning, connecting, and catching up with so many doctors and friends in the orthodontic community.

A Day Built Around Clear Aligner Excellence

This year's symposium, Clear Aligner Excellence: From Diagnosis to Perfect Finishing, was led by Dr. Diego Peydro. The program focused on turning advanced aligner biomechanics into a repeatable clinical pathway for complex cases, including Class II and III discrepancies, open and deep bites, transverse deficiency, and severe crowding. Topics like force systems, anchorage, staging, and finishing standards are exactly what our doctors are thinking about every day.

For a lab partner, sitting in the room with the doctors is time well spent. The more we understand how clinicians approach treatment planning, the better we can support them on the other end of every case.

Conversations That Shape How We Serve

Events like this remind us why we love being part of this industry. Between sessions, Mitch and Julian caught up with longtime customers, met new faces, and talked about what's working and what could be better. Every one of those conversations helps us better understand what our doctors need from their lab partner.

A Stop at Willow Bend Orthodontics

While in town, Mitch also made time to stop by one of our customers, Willow Bend Orthodontics, and he brought donuts. We believe in being more than just a lab, and that means showing up in person whenever we can to say thank you. A thank-you note is nice, but a face-to-face visit (with a box of donuts) says it better. Thank you to the entire Willow Bend Orthodontics team for the warm welcome!

Thank You, Surgidontics

Thank you to Surgidontics for hosting such a valuable event and for creating a space where the orthodontic community can learn and connect. We left Plano inspired, with new ideas and a few more great conversations under our belts.

Looking Ahead

We'll keep showing up at events like this, in person, to listen, learn, and say thank you. If you attended the symposium and didn't get a chance to say hello, we'd love to connect. And we can't wait for the next one!
